Pricing settings

Every price a homeowner sees comes from what you set here. Nothing is hidden or averaged in from somewhere else.

How you price

Choose $ per square or $ per sq ft. One square equals 100 square feet. This choice only changes how the price boxes on your settings page are labeled — it does not change the number a homeowner sees.

Materials and tiers

Turn on the materials you install: Asphalt Shingles, Metal Roof, Tile Roof, and Flat / Low-Slope.

For any material, you can add more than one priced option — for example a Good / Better / Best lineup — each with its own name, its own rate, a short description in your own words, a few selling points, and a "Popular" flag to highlight one option.

Minimum job price

Set a floor in dollars, or leave it blank for no floor. If a home's estimate comes out below your minimum, the tool shows your minimum instead — every price a homeowner sees respects this floor.

Range width

This sets how wide the ± spread is around your price — for example, a 10% range on a $12,000 estimate shows roughly $10,800–$13,200. You can set it anywhere from 5% to 25%.

The tool automatically widens your range past what you set when the underlying number is less certain:

See How the measurement works for what drives that confidence.

Financing

List your financing partners, comma-separated, up to 4 (for example "Service Finance, GoodLeap"). When set, a financing line appears under the price cards. Leave it blank to hide the line entirely.

Add a booking URL — your Calendly link or similar — and it must start with https://. When set, homeowners see a "Book a time" button next to the contact form that opens your link in a new tab. This sits alongside the contact form, not instead of it. Leave it blank to hide the button.
