What we store
- Leads. When a homeowner submits the contact form, we keep a copy of what they entered — name, phone, email, address, service, message, and whether they consented to be contacted — so a notification failure never means the lead is lost.
- Address measurements. When we measure a roof from satellite, we keep that measurement on file for up to 30 days so the same address doesn't need to be re-measured right away. After 30 days it's cleared.
- Your account settings. Your business name, phone, prices, and calculator settings, for as long as your account exists.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your leads with anyone else. A lead you receive goes to you.
- There's no marketplace where other companies can see or buy your leads.
Attribution
When a measurement is shown, we credit the data it came from:
- Satellite roof measurements include data from Google Maps.
- Building outline data © Microsoft (US Building Footprints), ODbL.
How to unpublish
Go to your settings page and click Unpublish under "Your calculator page." Your prices and business name stop being shown right away — anyone who opens your link after that sees a neutral page with none of your details on it. You can publish again at any time.
