Who we are and what this covers

RuufPro is made by Feedback Footprint LLC, based in Bradenton, Florida. These terms cover anyone who uses the quote tool at calc.ruufpro.com or on a roofer's website — homeowners getting a price, and roofers running a quote tool. By using RuufPro, you agree to these terms. Questions? Email waldo12397@gmail.com.

Early access

RuufPro is in early access. It's free to use right now. Features, monthly allowances, and pricing can change as we keep building — we'll do our best to give notice before anything changes that affects you.

Your account

A roofer account is created by signing in with Google. Keep your account information accurate, and keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account.

Prices are ballparks

Every price the tool shows a homeowner is a ballpark price, based on a roof measured from satellite data — not a binding quote. A real quote needs a roofer's own in-person inspection. Prices can change after that inspection.

Your prices and your leads

As a roofer, you set your own prices in the tool, and you're responsible for them. You're also responsible for how you follow up with the homeowners whose information you receive, including following the laws that apply to calling or texting them. If you turn on lead texts, you're confirming you have the right to text people who reach out through your tool, and that you'll honor any STOP request.

Acceptable use

Don't use RuufPro to collect information you don't have a right to collect, to send unwanted messages, to try to break or overload the tool, or to misrepresent who you are.

Allowances and referrals

Accounts have an allowance — a set number of measured quotes each month — and that number, along with what features are included, can change over time. A referral program may let you earn more quotes by inviting other roofers.

Our services and third parties

RuufPro relies on outside services to work: Google (maps and sign-in), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Resend (sending emails), Twilio (sending texts), and OpenAI (helping write website copy inside a roofer's dashboard). Those services have their own terms as well.

Ending the service

You can stop using RuufPro at any time. We may change, pause, or end the service, and we'll try to give notice where we reasonably can.

No warranty

RuufPro is provided "as is," during early access, with no warranty of any kind. We don't promise the tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or exactly right every time.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you've paid us for RuufPro — which, during early access, is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms as RuufPro changes. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
